Returns/Exchanges

Return Policy – USA

Returns and exchanges are easy. If you purchased an item and would like to return it or request an exchange, please contact us at info@hornetwatersports.com for a Return Authorization.

We accept returns and exchanges of unused items purchased through hornetwatersports.com within 30 days of the purchase date. All items, including paddles, must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original box or packaging with tags, if applicable.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending returns or exchanges. All returns must be sent with valid tracking information. The customer is responsible for filing claims with the carrier for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

All returns require a Return Authorization. Please contact info@hornetwatersports.com with your order number and return details to obtain authorization.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for this notification after your item is received. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment for merchandise only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible if the replacement item is in stock.

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Due to high shipping costs and the complexities of international orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international purchases. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
