Hornet dragon boat paddles are covered by a 3 year warranty from the original purchase date. All other Hornet products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the original purchase date.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. You must be the original purchaser, and proof of purchase may be required.
We will replace products that are broken or damaged because of a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by impact, contact with the boat, contact with another paddle, normal wear, misuse, poor handling, or damage during transportation is not covered.
We strongly recommend using a paddle tip protector during marshalling and a paddle bag during transportation to help protect your paddle.
For warranty questions, please contact us with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Hornet reviews each warranty claim case by case and reserves the right to make the final determination. To submit a claim, please provide photos of the broken or damaged paddle, proof of purchase, and a brief description of how the issue occurred.
As a guideline, examples of possible manufacturing defects include:
A paddle breaking where the shaft meets the blade during normal use within the warranty period.
The top layer of the blade peeling without visible signs of impact, misuse, or other damage.
Significant discoloration without visible signs of impact, misuse, or other damage.
Damage caused by impact, contact with the boat, contact with another paddle, poor handling, transportation damage, normal wear, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.
